Privacy policy
Last updated 21 August 2026. PixelXForge is a brand of Cryptomanden, CVR 45612627, Islev Have 85, 2610 Rødovre, Denmark. We are the data controller for information you send through pixelxforge-agency.com, email, phone and the voice widget.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone, company, message, selected package and preferred contact method.
- Reception calls: your number and what you tell us so we can route the request.
- Voice widget: audio and the text needed to reply when you start a conversation.
- Optional analytics: anonymised page views via Google Analytics, only if you opt in.
- Technical data sent with a request: time, page and IP, used for spam protection.
Why we process it
We process data to answer your enquiry or perform a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and to keep the site safe (art. 6(1)(f)). Optional analytics run only with consent (art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner or by emailing us.
Who we share with
Leads are delivered to our internal Telegram channel so we can reply quickly. Hosting and functions run on Netlify. Optional analytics go to Google. The voice widget runs on voice.cryptomanden.com. We do not sell lists. We only share what is needed to deliver the service or comply with the law.
Retention
Leads and correspondence are kept while the case is active and then for up to 24 months, unless bookkeeping rules require longer. Analytics follow Google’s default retention. You can ask us to delete earlier if we are not required to keep the data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). Email pixelxforge.service@gmail.com or call +45 52 51 20 25.
Cookies
A necessary cookie remembers your analytics choice. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Allow analytics”. The site, form and reception work without analytics cookies.
