Terms of service
PixelXForge is a brand of Cryptomanden, CVR 45612627. These terms apply when we deliver websites, automation or AI agents. Danish law applies, and disputes can be brought before the ordinary Danish courts.
Price and proposal
Prices on the site are indicative starting prices in DKK, not a public checkout. The final price is agreed in writing once we know the task and your requirements. We do not start until you approve the proposal.
Payment
There is no open webshop. After price and scope are agreed, we send a personal payment link. Payment is part of kickoff. Changes during the build can adjust price and timing, and we tell you before we expand the work.
Delivery
A landing page can often be delivered in about 7–14 days. Larger sites, integrations and AI agents depend on access, content and decisions. We confirm the timeline at kickoff and send structured updates.
Your contribution
You provide logo, source copy, images you have rights to, and access to the systems we should connect. Delays in materials or approvals move delivery.
Rights
Once the agreed payment is in place, you get the right to use the finished work for your business. We may show the work as a case unless you ask otherwise in writing. Third-party tools (hosting, telephony, AI models) keep their own terms and fees.
Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance is a separate agreement. It covers monitoring, updates, fixes and small adjustments — not new features unless we agree that in writing.
Liability
We deliver practical systems and websites. We do not guarantee search rankings, sales, or that an AI agent never makes a mistake. You keep control of what is sent to customers unless we agree otherwise. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific task, except for liability that cannot be excluded under Danish law.
